Life is too short and too precious to spend worrying about the things that are beyond my control. I have to, for example, have faith that the economy will improve because I have no way to fix that myself. I have decided to do the things that I can to make the world a better place and pray that there are others out there who are doing the same. Hopefully as all of us focus on the same goals then a real and positive change will begin to occur.therapisthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14520254122833893705noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3400407962869951046.post-37810709457430714722008-11-20T04:57:00.000-08:002008-11-20T04:57:00.000-08:00When I am stressed one of the greatest stress reli...When I am stressed one of the greatest stress relievers for me is to go on a run. I go for about 3 miles which I realize is not that far but that totally gives me the time that I need to clear my head, think some things through, and make the tough decisions which are probably looming ahead. I did not realize though that stress could manifest itself in so many different ways for people and could lead ultimately to so many other health problems. That in and of itself is scary that we allow some things that are beyond our control get to us like that. Exercise works for me but I know there are others who have found other useful ways to deal, such as music and art for example, and I loved reading your article. Very informative.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
